Fundraising:  The folks at Birds Hill Enterprises have done a lot of fundraising over the years for church and school groups.

Our best ones have been:

• making turkey or beef pies in the small 1 serving size (see our small pie presses)
• making 9" apple pies.  Cost aprox. $2.50 to make. Sold for $7.00 each
• making gluten free fruit, meat and vegetable pies in the 5" or 4" size
• making lasagna in senior size (2 serving foil pans) or family size 9"X13" size
• selling iron-on name and vinyl name labels.  The fundraising group keeps. $3.00 CAD  per order. http://www.irononnamelabels.com
• selling chocolate bars (this one always works well)
• selling hotdogs and drinks outside of groceries stores before special days ie. mothers day, fathers day, etc.
• asking the local municipality to hire us to clean roadsides and ditches
• delivering phone books on a yearly basis.
• making pizza filled buns for school hot lunch days.
